1 | Peel, wash and cut into large 1 kg potatoes pieces. |  |
2 | Cook in salted water until tender. |  |
3 | Drain and set aside. |  |
4 | Remove the Camembert from its box and paper, then score the top with a knife. |  |
5 | Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Butter a baking dish. |  |
6 | Place the Camembert cheese in the middle of the dish, then spread it around in an even 250 g onion fondue layer. |  |
7 | Pour over the potatoes and season lightly with salt and pepper. |  |
8 | Using a pastry brush, coat the top of the Camembert and potatoes with a little oil to give them a nice color when cooked. |  |
9 | Place in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for around 30 minutes, watching carefully for browning at the end. |  |
10 | Serve hot, sharing camembert, potatoes and onions, and enjoy! |  |
