Step by step recipe

1Peel, wash and cut into large 1 kg potatoes pieces.Baked Camembert : etape 25

4Remove the Camembert from its box and paper, then score the top with a knife.Baked Camembert : etape 25
5Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).

Butter a baking dish.

6Place the Camembert cheese in the middle of the dish, then spread it around in an even 250 g onion fondue layer.Baked Camembert : etape 25
7Pour over the potatoes and season lightly with salt and pepper.Baked Camembert : etape 25
8Using a pastry brush, coat the top of the Camembert and potatoes with a little oil to give them a nice color when cooked.Baked Camembert : etape 25
9Place in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for around 30 minutes, watching carefully for browning at the end.Baked Camembert : etape 25
10Serve hot, sharing camembert, potatoes and onions, and enjoy!Baked Camembert : etape 25

Remarks

The quantities of potatoes and onions are very indicative, so feel free to adapt them to your taste or to what you have at home.
For serving once cooked, you can also quickly stir the contents of the dish before serving.
