1 | Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F). Prepare 2 fillets fish (whiting if possible), remove all bones, dry, then season with pepper and salt on each side. | ![]() |
2 | In a baking dish, pour 2 tablespoons olive oil and place 2 sprigs tarragon on top. | ![]() |
3 | Place the whiting fillets on top and bake for 7-10 minutes. | ![]() |
4 | Meanwhile, prepare and grate 2 carrots. Pour the grated carrots into a large bowl, and add 1 tablespoon Mustard, 1 tablespoon cream, finely chopped 1 spring onion (scallion), salt and pepper. | ![]() |
5 | After 7-10 minutes, remove the fish but do not turn off the oven. | ![]() |
