1 | Wash 1 cucumber and slice thinly. | |
2 | Cut 2 slices smoked salmon into small peices. | |
3 | Peel 1 avocado, and cut into small dice, which should be sprinkled with the juice of ½ lemon straight afterwards. | |
4 | Break up 200 g tuna in oil into flakes. Prepare 200 g Mayonnaise. | |
5 | Put all the ingredients into a bowl, add the mayonnaise and herbs, then mix carefully. | |
6 | Refrigerate, covered by plastic film until serving. |
