1 | Prepare 1 onion and chop finely. If the mushrooms are dried, soak them in warm water, if they are fresh preparethem. | |
2 | Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil into a pan on medium heat. When hot, add the chopped onion, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute. | |
3 | Add 200 ml cream and the mushrooms, salt and pepper, then leave to thicken slightly on low heat. Check seasoning. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). | |
4 | Prepare 8 endives (head of chicory), and divide between the buttered dishes. | |
5 | Cover with the cream and mushroom mixture. | |
6 | And bake in the oven... | |
