1 | Peel 500 g tomato and dice small. | ![]() |

3 | Peel 100 g red onion and chop finely. Peel 1 garlic clove and chop finely. | ![]() |
4 | Tip the diced tomatoes into a bowl, as the chopped onion and garlic, the juice of 1 lime and 2 tablespoons olive oil to taste, then salt and pepper. | ![]() |
