Avocado with Tuna

For 4 people, you will need:
- 1 2 avocados
- 2 120 g tuna in oil
- 3 120 g mayonnaise
- 4 herbs of your choice
- Total weight: 740 grams

Step by step recipe
1 | Remove the avocado stones Cut open the avocados and remove the stones. |  |
2 | Prepare the filling Put 120 g tuna in oil into a bowl and break up with a fork. |  |
3 | Add 120 g mayonnaise and the chopped herbs of your choice (chives and parsley here). |  |
4 | Mix together... |  |
5 | ...and fill the avocados with the mixture.

Remarks
If you want to prepare this in advance, do take care to prevent the avocado flesh turning brown: before filling, use a
brush to coat the exposed surface with lemon juice or
olive oil.
To give your tuna mayonnnaise a more robust flavour, add a very finely chopped
shallot with the herbs.
