1 | Cook 400 g white beans until soft. | |
2 | Drain and keep hot. | |
3 | Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil into a small frying pan on high heat. When really hot, add 150 g small pieces of bacon and fry. | |
4 | Meanwhile melt 50 g butter in another pan on high heat, then add 2 slices bread cut into cubes. Fry until lightly browned. | |
5 | Put the beans into a salad bowl, then add the lardons with their cooking fat. | |
6 | Finsh by adding the croutons, the chopped chives and 5 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette). Mix well and serve immediately while still warm. |
