Avocado, artichoke and chicken salad

For 6 people, you will need:

• 1 1 avocado
• 2 1 spring onion (scallion)
• 3 200 g cooked chicken
• 4 200 g artichoke heart
• 5 chives
• 6 4 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette)

Step by step recipe

• 1: Prepare 1 avocado, slice and put into a salad bowl.
• 2: Prepare 1 spring onion (scallion) and slice all of it (white and green parts). Add to the bowl.
• 3: Dice 200 g cooked chicken and add to the bowl.
• 4: Cut 200 g artichoke hearts into small pieces and add to the bowl.
• 5: Add the chopped chives.
• 6: Finish by adding 4 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette) and mix well. Your salad is ready.

Remarks

Instead of the vinaigrette, you might like to try rémoulade or rémoulette dressing.
If you don't have any chicken, you can use another type of white meat.
