Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 10 min.
Avocado and celery remoulade
Prepare and grate 9 cups celeriac.

Pour into a salad bowl.

Stage 2 - 4 min.
Avocado and celery remoulade
Prepare and chop 6 avocados into small pieces.

Add to the salad bowl.

Stage 3 - 3 min.
Avocado and celery remoulade
Add the chopped parsley.

Stage 4 - 1 min.
Avocado and celery remoulade
Mix well.

Stage 5 - 2 min.
Avocado and celery remoulade
Add 2 23 cups Rémoulade dressing and mix again.

Stage 6
Avocado and celery remoulade
Your avocado-celery remoulade is ready.
Remarks
You can replace the remoulade sauce with a vinaigrette sauce, but it will be a little less "bistrot".
