Step by step recipe
- 1: Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C)
Butter a gratin dish. - 2: Spread 500 g cooked spinach in the bottom.
- 3: Slice 4 hard-boiled eggs and arrange on top of the spinach.
- 4: Pour 200 g Mornay Sauce over the eggs.
- 5: For a browner top, you can add a little more more grated cheese.
- 6: Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until nicely browned on top.
