mornay sauce

grated cheese

Step by step recipe
1:
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C)
Butter
a gratin dish.

Spread 500 g
cooked spinach
in the bottom.
3:
Slice 4
hard-boiled eggs
and arrange on top of the spinach.

Pour 200 g
mornay sauce
over the eggs.
5:
For a browner top, you can add a little more more grated cheese.
6:
Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until nicely browned on top.
