Spinach Mornay

• 1 30 g butter
• 2 500 g cooked spinach
• 3 4 hard-boiled eggs
• 4 200 g Bechamel sauce
• 5 100 g grated cheese
• 6 50 g grated cheese (optional)
• Total weight: 1,030 grams

Step by step recipe

• 1: Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C)
  Butter a gratin dish.
• 2: Spread 500 g cooked spinach in the bottom.
• 3: Slice 4 hard-boiled eggs and arrange on top of the spinach.
• 4: Mix 200 g Bechamel sauce and 100 g grated cheese, then pour over the eggs.
• 5: For a browner top, you can add a little more more grated cheese.
• 6: Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until nicely browned on top.
