1 | Prepare 1 avocado, slice and put into a salad bowl. | |
2 | Prepare 1 spring onion (scallion) and slice all of it (white and green parts). Add to the bowl. | |
3 | Dice 200 g cooked chicken and add to the bowl. | |
4 | Cut 200 g artichoke hearts into small pieces and add to the bowl. | |
5 | Add the chopped chives. | |
6 | Finish by adding 4 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette) and mix well. Your salad is ready. |
