1 | In the bowl of a mixer or blender, pour 400 g tinned (canned) chickpeas drained, juice of 1 lemon and a half zest, 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste), 1 garlic clove in pieces, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper. | ![]() |
