1 | Wash 4 courgettes, scrub with scratch sponge, cut ends and discard them. | |
2 | Slice courgettes fairly thinly (about 1/2 cm. or 1/4 inch), put in a pan, cover with 1 litre water and 1 chicken stock cube, salt and bring to the boil. Cook until courgettes are quite soft. | |
