|1||Wash 4 courgettes, scrub with scratch sponge, cut ends and discard them.|
|2||Slice courgettes fairly thinly (about 1/2 cm. or 1/4 inch), put in a pan, cover with 1 litre water and 1 chicken stock cube, salt and bring to the boil.|
Cook until courgettes are quite soft.
|4||Add 2 tablespoons Mont d'Or cheese, and blend again.|
|5||Check seasoning, it's ready !|
