Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 5 min.
Rice and zucchini salad with paprika
Prepare a paprika mayonnaise, adding 1 teaspoon paprika with the mustard.

Set aside.

Stage 2 - 10 min.
Rice and zucchini salad with paprika
Prepare 300 g courgette, then cut into small pieces and pour into a salad bowl.

Stage 3 - 3 min.
Rice and zucchini salad with paprika
Add 300 g cooked rice and chives.

Stage 4 - 2 min.
Rice and zucchini salad with paprika
Finish with the paprika mayonnaise, mix well and your salad is ready.
Remarks
If you can, try replacing the paprika with smoked paprika for a more distinctive taste.

The proportions are given as a rough guide, so feel free to adapt them.
