Leavened bread (Slideshow version)
Stage 11/19 :
Place your loaves (gently and with much love) into floured rising baskets (bannetons).Note: the smooth face which will be the top of the bread should be placed downwards, and the seam on top, because the loaves will be turned over before putting in the oven.
