Here is a graphic summary of the three measurements, a curve for each cooking method.One can see that the induction (blue) is a lot faster than either the gas (green) or electricity (red).
Remarks

We are going to bring 1 litre of water in a pan to the boil, measuring the time it takes on three different kinds of hob: gas, electric and then induction.Comparing the results will show which is the quickest.
