Châtaignes cuites à l'eau

you will need:

(pour 6 personnes)
- 1 kg de châtaignes
- 1 à 2 branches de fenouil
- gros sel

Step by step recipe:

Inciser l'écorce des châtaignes.

Faire bouillir une grande casserole d'eau salée avec le fenouil. Y plonger les châtaignes et laisser cuire à ébullition pendant 30 minutes.

Vérifier la cuisson, elles doivent s'éplucher facilement, tout en étant farineuses et fondantes.

Servir les châtaignes en accompagnement ou en plat.
