Ramekins with almonds, apples and lemon (Slideshow version)
Stage 7/7 : 20 min.
Bake in the oven for around 15-20 minutes, until the almond cream on top is golden brown.
Enjoy warm or cold.
Remarks
You can, of course, add a dash of calvados to flambé the apples at the end of cooking.
A piping
bag is ideal for dividing the 2 creams (custard and almond).
