Sugar and clementine juice


Pour 90 g caster sugar and 10 g vanilla sugar into a bowl, then zest 1 or 2 of the clementines on top.

Whisk to combine, then cover or wrap and leave to rest for an hour or overnight, to fully flavor the clementine sugar.
