How to rehydrate dried mushrooms (Slideshow version)
Stage 2/7 : 30 min.
Put them in a bowl and cover with hot water (not boiling).There should be about 1/2 an inch (1 cm) between the floating mushroms and the bottom of the bowl.
Cover and leave to soak for half an hour.
