Use

rosemary

Cut a small branch on shrub.

rosemary

Like bayleaves, rosemary is not normally eaten: the sprigs are removed from the dish after cooking.

You can also detatch the small green leaves to add to a recipe which will be strained later.

Keeping

Branches of rosemary can be dried, but unfortunately tend to lose their leaves easily.
