Minimum courtesy
When you ask a question, you're talking to volunteers who may not be able to give you an immediate answer, so remember to be as polite as possible.By using basic forms of politeness (hello, please, etc.), you'll increase your chances of getting one or more answers.
In particular, avoid demanding an answer, such as "thank you for replying quickly" or "I'm waiting for your reply", or even worse, ending with "why?
Please note that it's impossible to answer the often-asked question "I followed the recipe to the letter, but it didn't work, why?" with anything other than: "I don't know, I wasn't there...".
