Minimum courtesy

When you ask a question, you're talking to volunteers who may not be able to give you an immediate answer, so remember to be as polite as possible.
By using basic forms of politeness (hello, please, etc.), you'll increase your chances of getting one or more answers.

In particular, avoid demanding an answer, such as "thank you for replying quickly" or "I'm waiting for your reply", or even worse, ending with "why?

Please note that it's impossible to answer the often-asked question "I followed the recipe to the letter, but it didn't work, why?" with anything other than: "I don't know, I wasn't there...".

Style

Thank you in advance for not writing in SMS, or only in CAPITAL LETTERS.

Image upload

You can also add an image of your choice to the text of your comment.
To do so, simply insert the sequence :

.

Example:

This way, when you save your text, the sequence will be replaced by your image.

Note: Images are not stored on cooking-ez.com, only a link to them is set up. If this link becomes invalid, your image will no longer appear.

There are hundreds of sites on the web where you can upload your photos for free, like imageshack.us for example.

Sometimes you might get the impression that a recipe, found in a magazine or on a web site, has been concocted especially to make you fail:...

fresh coriander (cilantro)
fresh coriander (cilantro)
This is a plant of which the leaves are used fresh. It has a very subtle flavour which is remarkable in salads. It is an indispensible ingredient in Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. The seeds are also available (like white pepper grains but paler), which have a different taste.

Search the recipes
To find the recipe you are missing, cooking-ez.com offers you to use its own search mechanism in its recipes. You can do very detailed research on those that contain a particular ingredient , or which do not contain any, which cost so much, which last so long, and even on their dietetic aspect...
