Use
Pull leaves off the bush.
You can use the leaves whole, like bayleaves, but this time they can be eaten.
You can also chop the leaves(make a pile of 3 or 4 leaves, then cut finely) to add to a recipe.
Sage
This is a plant of which the leaves are used. It's goes perfectly (in my opinion) with white meats like pork, veal or poultry.
