OverviewThis is a plant of which the leaves are used. It's goes perfectly (in my opinion) with white meats like pork, veal or poultry.

|You can use the leaves whole, like bayleaves, but this time they can be eaten.|
|You can also chop the leaves(make a pile of 3 or 4 leaves, then cut finely) to add to a recipe.|
KeepingSage can be dried or frozen.
RemarksThere are several kinds of sage, with differents flavours and colours.
