Overview

This is a plant of which the leaves are used. It's goes perfectly (in my opinion) with white meats like pork, veal or poultry.

Use

Pull leaves off the bush.sage
You can use the leaves whole, like bayleaves, but this time they can be eaten.sage
You can also chop the leaves(make a pile of 3 or 4 leaves, then cut finely) to add to a recipe.sage

Keeping

Sage can be dried or frozen.

Remarks

There are several kinds of sage, with differents flavours and colours.
