Just before serving, if possible, sprinkle the top of the tiramisu with 3 tablespoons citrus crunch.

Remarks

Instead of sponge cookies or boudoirs, you can use their Italian version, savoiardi.

For a chocolate touch, sprinkle a little cocoa powder on the bottom of the dish, before the first layer of cream, and on top of the last.

You can also use other citrus fruits in this tiramisu: oranges, grapefruit, mandarins, etc.

For a spicier taste, add 2 tablespoons of Napoleon mandarin to the whipped cream.
