Quick courgette soup with cheese (Slideshow version)

Slice courgettes fairly thinly (about 1/2 cm. or 1/4 inch), put in a pan, cover with 1 litre water and 1 chicken stock cube, salt and bring to the boil.Cook until courgettes are quite soft.
