Puncher

Puncher

Soaking (or drizzling) a liquid to a cake after cooking, usually a syrup or alcohol, to make it less dry.

Example: "Puncher the sponge cake with the griottine syrup"

Meaning: Dip a brush in the syrup and brush onto the cake, over the whole surface.
Remarks: The brush is not absolutely necessary, you can also pour (or drizzle) the syrup with a spoon for example, directly onto the cake.
