Pecan fruit rolls : Stage 3

Put 70 g butter, 60 g caster sugar and 10 g vanilla sugar into a food processor bowl.

Start on low speed and mix just until homogeneous (about 3 or 4 minutes).

You can also add a spoonful of rum if you wish.
