Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - ⌛ 30 min.
Curried polenta : Stage 1
Prepare 8 purples globe artichokes.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 3 min.
Curried polenta : Stage 2
Cut into small pieces.

Stage 3 - ⌛ 10 min.
Curried polenta : Stage 3
Prepare 1 kg polenta creamy. At the end add 30 g curry powder and mix well.

Check the seasoning.

Stage 4 - ⌛ 1 min.
Curried polenta : Stage 4
Add the globe artichoke pieces and mix once more.

Curried polenta : Stage 5
Your curry-flavoured polenta is ready.
Remarks
The stated quantities are very approximate, so feel free to adapt them.
