Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 30 min.

Prepare 4 purples globe artichokes.

Stage 2 - 3 min.

Cut into small pieces.

Stage 3 - 10 min.

Prepare 500 g Polenta creamy. At the end add 15 g curry powder and mix well.

Check the seasoning.

Stage 4 - 1 min.

Add the globe artichoke pieces and mix once more.
