For this simple and delicious recipe of cauliflower and avocado salad, linked by a rémoulette dressing, you will surely notice the very creamy side of the whole, due to the association of avocado and sauce. This creaminess will become more pronounced if you stir the mixture.

The name "Caulicado salad", which is very appealing to children, was of course chosen.

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 15 min.
Creamy cauliflower and avocado salad
Prepare 500 g cauliflower, chop it finely and pour it into a bowl.

Stage 2 - 5 min.
Creamy cauliflower and avocado salad
Peel, remove the core and cut into 2 avocados strips.

Stage 3 - 2 min.
Creamy cauliflower and avocado salad
Pour into the bowl, then add the chopped herbs.

Stage 4 - 2 min.
Creamy cauliflower and avocado salad
Finish with 4 tablespoons rémoulette dressing, mix well, your salad is ready.
Remarks
If you don't have a remoulette sauce, use a classic remoulade sauce, or even a vinaigrette sauce.
Keeping: 1 or 2 days in the refrigerator, protected by a stretch film.
