Step by step recipe

Stage 1 - 5 min.
Simple maple-syrup tart : Photo of step #1
Heat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Roll out the pastry and line a tart tin or mould. Prick all over the bottom.

Stage 2 - 1 min.

Pour 375 ml maple syrup into the tart case.

Stage 3 - 40 min.

And bake for about 40 minutes until the syrup crystallises.


A few hours in the fridge, covered with plastic film.
