  • 2 strawberries 500 g strawberries
  • 3 lemon ½ lemon
  • 4 sugar syrup 6 tablespoons sugar syrup

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 5 min.
Strawberry and kiwi fruit salad
Peel 4 kiwis and slice, then cut each slice into quarters.

Put into a bowl.

Stage 2 - 10 min.
Strawberry and kiwi fruit salad
Prepare 500 g strawberries, remove the green calyx and cut each strawberry in half or into quarters, depending on the size.

Add to the bowl.

Stage 3 - 1 min.
Strawberry and kiwi fruit salad
Sprinkle ½ lemon over the fruit, then add 6 tablespoons sugar syrup.

Stage 4 - 1 min.
Strawberry and kiwi fruit salad
Mix together gently. Your strawberry and kiwi fruit salad is ready.
Remarks
You can add the zest of the lemon to give more impact to the flavour.

You might also like to add a tablespoonful (or 2) of rum, or some other alcohol, at the same time as the syrup.
Keeping: Should be eaten the same day.
