Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 5 min.
Cherry tomato and two cabbage salad
Cut 600 ml cherry tomatoes in 2, put the cut part on top and salt them with fine salt (we do this to better reveal their taste).

Leave to stand.

Stage 2 - 15 min.
Cherry tomato and two cabbage salad
Prepare 600 ml red cabbage and 600 ml green cabbage, chop them and pour into a bowl.

Stage 3 - 1 min.
Cherry tomato and two cabbage salad
Add the herbs of your choice, here parsley and chives, tomatoes and 15 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette).

Stage 4 - 1 min.
Cherry tomato and two cabbage salad
Mix well, your salad is ready.
Remarks
If you don't have one of the 2 cabbages, use what you have on hand, try to keep the "2 cabbages" side if possible.
