Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 30 min.
Curried polenta
Prepare 24 purples globe artichokes.

Stage 2 - 3 min.
Curried polenta
Cut into small pieces.

Stage 3 - 10 min.
Curried polenta
Prepare 3 kgs Polenta creamy. At the end add 90 g curry powder and mix well.

Check the seasoning.

Stage 4 - 1 min.
Curried polenta
Add the globe artichoke pieces and mix once more.

Stage 5
Curried polenta
Your curry-flavoured polenta is ready.
Remarks
