Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 2 min.
Very green mixed salad : Stage 1
Place 1 lb + 5.1 oz lettuce in a salad bowl. You can cut them into chiffonade if you prefer, but it's not essential.

Stage 2 - 10 min.

Prepare and chop 3 lb + 4.8 oz button or field mushrooms, pour into the salad bowl.

Stage 3 - 3 min.

Cut 1 lb + 5.1 oz cooked green beans into small pieces...

Stage 4 - 1 min.

...then add them to the bowl.

Stage 5 - 4 min.

Prepare and slice herbs of your choice and add it to the salad bowl, along with 6 hard-boiled eggs, which you will have sliced.

Stage 6 - 2 min.

Add the coarsely chopped herbs.

Stage 7 - 2 min.

Finish with 15 tablespoons french dressing (vinaigrette), mix well and your salad is ready.
Remarks
If you don't have spring onions, replace them with shallots or finely chopped red onions.
Keeping: Enjoy without delay once the vinaigrette has been added.
