This is a simple recipe, but quite delicious. The flavours and colours of strawberries and kiwis combine to create a refreshing and colourful summer fruit salad.

  • 1 kiwis 4 kiwis
  • 2 strawberries 500 g strawberries
  • 3 lemon ½ lemon
  • 4 sugar syrup 6 tablespoons sugar syrup
  • Total weight: 1,095 grams

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - ⌛ 5 min.
Strawberry and kiwi fruit salad : Stage 1
Peel 4 kiwis and slice, then cut each slice into quarters.

Put into a bowl.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 10 min.
Strawberry and kiwi fruit salad : Stage 2
Prepare 500 g strawberries, remove the green calyx and cut each strawberry in half or into quarters, depending on the size.

Add to the bowl.

Stage 3 - ⌛ 1 min.

Sprinkle ½ lemon over the fruit, then add 6 tablespoons sugar syrup.

Stage 4 - ⌛ 1 min.

Mix together gently. Your strawberry and kiwi fruit salad is ready.
Remarks
You can add the zest of the lemon to give more impact to the flavour.

You might also like to add a tablespoonful (or 2) of rum, or some other alcohol, at the same time as the syrup.
