Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 5 min.
Express chilli con carne
Chop 1 onion and 1 shallot, put them in a pan with 4 tablespoons olive oil and salt. Cook 2 or 3 minutes.

Stage 2 - 4 min.
Express chilli con carne
Then add 600 g minced beef, salt again and mix.

Stage 3 - 8 min.
Express chilli con carne
Cook for about 7-8 minutes.

Stage 4 - 2 min.
Express chilli con carne
Add 500 ml tomato coulis, and the beef stock cube.

Stage 5 - 2 min.
Express chilli con carne
Add 500 g tinned red kidney beans, drained and rinsed.

Stage 6 - 2 min.
Express chilli con carne
And finally 2 tablespoons chilli spices.

Stage 7 - 10 min.

Mix well, and cook for about 10 minutes.

Put Tabasco on the table so that each guest can help himself, and serve the chilli with rice, plain white for example.
