Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 2 min.
Rice and purple-sprouting broccoli salad
Put 480 ml cooked rice into a bowl.

Stage 2 - 5 min.
Rice and purple-sprouting broccoli salad
Separate 200 ml purple-sprouting broccoli into small florets.

Stage 3 - 1 min.
Rice and purple-sprouting broccoli salad
Add to the bowl.

Stage 4 - 4 min.
Rice and purple-sprouting broccoli salad
Add the coarsely chopped 2 hard-boiled eggs and 100 ml tuna in oil.

Stage 5 - 2 min.
Rice and purple-sprouting broccoli salad
Then the herbs of your choice (parsley and chives here).

Stage 6 - 1 min.
Rice and purple-sprouting broccoli salad
Finish with 5 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette) and mix with a fork.

Stage 7
Rice and purple-sprouting broccoli salad
Your salad is ready.
Remarks
If you don't have purple-sprouting broccoli, use cauliflower instead.

The hard-boiled eggs can be added sliced or more finely chopped.
Keeping
