Rice and purple-sprouting broccoli salad : Stage 1
Put 300 g cooked rice into a bowl.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 5 min.

Separate 200 g purple-sprouting broccoli into small florets.

Stage 3 - ⌛ 1 min.

Add to the bowl.

Stage 4 - ⌛ 4 min.

Add the coarsely chopped 2 hard-boiled eggs and 100 g tuna in oil.

Stage 5 - ⌛ 2 min.

Then the herbs of your choice (parsley and chives here).

Finish with 5 tablespoons french dressing (vinaigrette) and mix with a fork.

Remarks
If you don't have purple-sprouting broccoli, use cauliflower instead.

The hard-boiled eggs can be added sliced or more finely chopped.
Keeping: 1 or 2 days in the fridge, covered with plastic film.
