Creamy cauliflower and avocado salad : Stage 1

Prepare 500 g cauliflower, chop it finely and pour it into a bowl.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 5 min.

Peel, remove the core and cut into 2 avocados strips.

Pour into the bowl, then add the chopped herbs.
