Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 2 min.
Very green mixed salad
Place 0 kg 7 g lettuce in a salad bowl. You can cut them into chiffonade if you prefer, but it's not essential.

Prepare and chop 1 lb + 1.6 oz button or field mushrooms, pour into the salad bowl.

Stage 3 - 3 min.

Cut 0 kg 7 g cooked green beans into small pieces...

Stage 4 - 1 min.

...then add them to the bowl.

Stage 5 - 4 min.

Prepare and slice herbs of your choice and add it to the salad bowl, along with 2 hard-boiled eggs, which you will have sliced.

Add the coarsely chopped herbs.

Finish with 5 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette), mix well and your salad is ready.
Remarks
If you don't have spring onions, replace them with shallots or finely chopped red onions.
