Blackcurrant sorbet for Edith : Stage 1
Mix 300 ml blackcurrant coulis with 500 ml sugar syrup and 2 tablespoons blackcurrant liqueur.

Pour into ice-cream macker.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 20 min.

Sorbet will be ready in about 20 minutes.
