Stage 1 - 3 min.
Blackcurrant sorbet for Edith
Mix 1 13 cup blackcurrant coulis with 2 cups + 2 tablespoons sugar syrup and 2 tablespoons blackcurrant liqueur.

Pour into ice-cream macker.

Stage 2 - 20 min.

Sorbet will be ready in about 20 minutes.

You will note that this sorbet contain more sugar syrup than a classic sorbet, that's because blackcurrants are more acid than other fruits.
