Step by step recipe

Raw green asparagus salad : Stage 1
Prepare 15 greens asparagus spears, but do not cook.

Cut into slivers with a vegetable peeler.

Prepare all the asparagus like this...

...and put into a salad bowl.

Prepare 10 radishes and slice thinly (a mandolin is ideal for this).

Add the herbs of your choice.

Then add 30 g Cheddar cheese cut into slivers with a vegetable peeler.

Finish by adding the vinaigrette dressing. Mix well and serve without delay.
Remarks
You can use other kinds of asparagus (white or purple) in this salad; they will taste just as good.
