Raw green asparagus salad
Full of spring flavour, this salad partners raw green asparagus with sliced radishes, herbs and slivers of Cheddar.

15 greens asparagus spears - 2
10 radishes - 3
herbs of your choice - 4
30 g Cheddar cheese - 5
french dressing (vinaigrette) - Total weight: 115 grams

Step by step recipe
Stage 1 - ⌛ 5 min.
Prepare 15 greens asparagus spears, but do not cook.
Stage 2
Cut into slivers with a vegetable peeler.
Stage 3 - ⌛ 5 min.
Prepare all the asparagus like this...
Stage 4
...and put into a salad bowl.
Stage 5 - ⌛ 5 min.
Prepare 10 radishes and slice thinly (a mandolin is ideal for this).
Stage 6 - ⌛ 1 min.
Add the herbs of your choice.
Stage 7 - ⌛ 3 min.
Then add 30 g Cheddar cheese cut into slivers with a vegetable peeler.
Stage 8 - ⌛ 1 min.
Finish by adding the vinaigrette dressing. Mix well and serve without delay.
Remarks
You can use other kinds of asparagus (white or purple) in this salad; they will taste just as good.
Keeping: Should be eaten the same day.
