Step by step recipe

Leek and celery soup
Prepare 13 celeriac, cut into small pieces.

Stage 2 - 10 min.

Prepare 1 leek, chop.

Stage 3 - 3 min.

Prepare and chop 13 shallot.

Stage 4 - 1 min.

In a large saucepan over high heat, pour 1 tablespoon olive oil and when hot, add the chopped shallot.

Season with salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute without browning, stirring constantly.

Add the celery and leeks and stir well for 1 minute.

Stage 6 - 2 min.

Cover with milk, lower the heat slightly and season with salt.

Cook gently until celery is tender.
