  • 2 shallot 1 shallot
  • 3 flakeds almonds 125 ml flakeds almonds
  • 4 butter 51.6 ml butter

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 20 min.
New peas with almonds
Prepare 800 ml new peas and reserve.

Stage 2 - 3 min.

Pour 125 ml flakeds almonds into a frying pan over medium heat.

Stage 4 - 4 min.
New peas with almonds
Roast the almonds until lightly colored.

Set aside on a plate.

Stage 5 - 1 min.

In the same pan, without the almonds, pour 51.6 ml butter and when hot, add the chopped shallot and season with salt and pepper.

Cook for 1 minute, without browning.

Stage 6 - 8 min.
New peas with almonds
Add the new peas, season with salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.

Stage 7 - 1 min.
New peas with almonds
Add the roasted almonds, mix well and check the seasoning.

New peas with almonds
Serve immediately.
Remarks
The quantity of almonds is very indicative, so don't hesitate to adapt it to your taste.

You can replace the almonds with other dried fruits (chopped hazelnuts, ...) or seeds (sesame, ...) to suit your taste.
Keeping: 1 or 2 days in the fridge, protected by cling film.
