Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - ⌛ 5 min.
Muffin dough : Stage 1
Melt 125 g butter over low heat.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 5 min.
Muffin dough : Stage 2
Mix 300 g flour and 10 g baking powder in a bowl with a whisk, with 120 g caster sugar if you plan to make sweet muffins.

Stage 3 - ⌛ 3 min.
Muffin dough : Stage 3
Add 2 eggs and mix a little.

Stage 4 - ⌛ 3 min.
Muffin dough : Stage 4
Add 200 ml milk.

Stage 5
Muffin dough : Stage 5
Beat until you get a smooth mixture.

Stage 6 - ⌛ 3 min.
Muffin dough : Stage 6
Finally add the melted butter, still warm.

Stage 7 - ⌛ 2 min.
Muffin dough : Stage 7
Beat again to get a smooth dough.

Your muffin dough is ready.
Keeping: A few hours in the fridge, protected by a plastic film.
