French bean salad with vinaigrette
A very simple recipe for a salad of green (or yellow) French beans: The beans are boiled first, then thoroughly drained and served mixed with herbs, chopped shallot and a good vinaigrette (french dressing).

Stage 1 - 2 min.
French bean salad with vinaigrette
Prepare 1 kg 500 g green beans then dry them thoroughly.

Stage 2 - 4 min.
French bean salad with vinaigrette
Prepare 2 shallots and chop finely.

Chop the herbs (parsley shown here).

Stage 3 - 1 min.

Put the beans, shallot and and herbs into a salad bowl...

Stage 4 - 2 min.

...add 10 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette), mix well and it's ready.
Remarks
A variant is to mix in the beans while they are still hot (well drained, of course) for a delicious warm brean salad.
Keeping: A few hours in the fridge, covered with plastic film.
