Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 5 min.
Raw green asparagus salad
Prepare 15 greens asparagus spears, but do not cook.

Stage 2

Cut into slivers with a vegetable peeler.

Stage 3 - 5 min.

Prepare all the asparagus like this...

Stage 4

...and put into a salad bowl.

Stage 5 - 5 min.

Prepare 10 radishes and slice thinly (a mandolin is ideal for this).

Stage 6 - 1 min.

Add the herbs of your choice.

Stage 7 - 3 min.
Raw green asparagus salad
Then add 30 ml Cheddar cheese cut into slivers with a vegetable peeler.

Stage 8 - 1 min.
Raw green asparagus salad
Finish by adding the vinaigrette dressing. Mix well and serve without delay.
Remarks
You can use other kinds of asparagus (white or purple) in this salad; they will taste just as good.
