For this very quick salad recipe, we tie together cooked rice and diced zucchini with a paprika mayonnaise.

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - ⌛ 5 min.
Rice and zucchini salad with paprika : Stage 1
Prepare a paprika mayonnaise, adding 1 teaspoon paprika with the mustard.

Set aside.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 10 min.
Rice and zucchini salad with paprika : Stage 2
Prepare 300 g courgette, then cut into small pieces and pour into a salad bowl.

Stage 3 - ⌛ 3 min.
Rice and zucchini salad with paprika : Stage 3
Add 300 g cooked rice and Chives.

Stage 4 - ⌛ 2 min.
Rice and zucchini salad with paprika : Stage 4
Finish with the paprika mayonnaise, mix well and your salad is ready.
Remarks
If you can, try replacing the paprika with smoked paprika for a more distinctive taste.
